Why account oversight matters
Correctional call systems can contain privileged, sensitive or investigative communications. A current-user roster is only the starting point for oversight. The records needed to evaluate actual use would include access-role assignments, account-creation and deactivation history, call-access audit logs, supervisory approvals, applicable training and policy records, and vendor-administrator activity.
