Use this template for Flock Safety or other automated license-plate reader camera locations, searches, hot lists, alerts, access logs, policies, agreements, and audits.

Before sending: Choose only the sections you need. Search histories and images may raise different exemptions than camera locations, contracts, policies, and aggregate system reports.

This is a public records request concerning the agency's use of Flock Safety or any other automated license-plate reader (ALPR/LPR) system.

Please provide the following records, to the extent maintained:

1. The current administrative page, report, map, spreadsheet, or export identifying every ALPR camera associated with the agency, including location, camera or device ID, status, installation date, owner, and sharing organization.
2. Contracts, order forms, invoices, renewals, memoranda of understanding, grant records, data-sharing agreements, and vendor correspondence.
3. Current policies, general orders, training materials, retention rules, acceptable-use rules, audit procedures, supervisor-review procedures, and prohibited-use guidance.
4. User and administrator rosters showing account name, role, agency, activation/deactivation dates, and permissions.
5. Search histories and audit logs showing the date/time, user, plate or search term, stated purpose, case or incident number, reason code, result count, and any supervisor review.
6. Hot-list, wanted-list, or custom-list additions and removals; alert histories; hit confirmations; dispositions; and related audit entries.
7. Records showing agency-to-agency sharing, network access, external searches of the agency's data, and organizations with which access was enabled.
8. Reports, complaints, investigations, audits, discipline, or corrective action concerning improper or questionable system use.
9. Aggregate statistics for searches, detections, hits, alerts, data sharing, and retention during the requested period.

Please provide existing electronic exports, spreadsheets, system reports, or screenshots from the administrative portal. For structured data, CSV or Excel is preferred.

If any record or field is withheld, please identify the specific legal authority, redact only the exempt portion, and produce the remainder. If estimated charges will exceed $[AMOUNT], provide an itemized estimate before beginning chargeable work.
