Eva Jacqulyn Espinosa was arrested after being stopped in her Porsche, according to information provided to JMAudits. Osceola County Corrections records list her booking with allegations of grand theft involving more than $20,000 but less than $100,000 and a separate fraud-related offense.
The county’s public inmate record, reviewed October 21, 2026, identifies Espinosa under booking number 26009108. It confirms the listed booking offenses but does not describe the vehicle stop or the circumstances leading to the arrest.
Attorney general announces arrest
This morning, we arrested Kissimmee mayor Jackie Espinosa and are charging her with Grand Theft and Organized Scheme to Defraud. We will be holding a press conference at 2pm at our Orlando office with CFO Ingoglia and FDLE Commissioner Keefe to provide more information.

Charges listed in the county record
The booking card lists 812.014-2B1 — “GRAND THEFT >$20,000<$100,000” and 817.034-4A1 — “DEFRAUD TO OBTAIN PROPERTY VAL.” The second description is truncated on the county website; the card does not provide a complete narrative of the allegation.
Both entries carry the status “PRP — Pending Referral to Prosecutor” and reference 2026 CF 003729. The column labeled “Disposition Date” shows October 21, 2026 for each entry. That field alone does not establish the time of arrest or a final court disposition.
Bond and case status
The card displays $0 for each listed bond and a total bond of $0. It does not explain that amount, so the entry should not be interpreted as confirmation of release or eligibility for release.
The public booking card does not describe the alleged transactions, identify a victim, or provide an arrest affidavit. The attorney general’s statement announces the charges; the booking card itself does not establish whether formal charging documents have been filed in court.
An arrest or booking is not a finding of guilt. Espinosa is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court. The county cautions that inclusion in its inmate search does not indicate guilt and says the information is updated several times daily.
