The information provided to JM Audits describes an alleged pattern that began with text messages and gradually shifted toward increasingly personal and sexual questions. The reported topics included sex, orgasms and other intimate matters.
The source characterized the communication as incremental: ordinary conversation followed by repeated questions that appeared to test and erode professional boundaries. She said the contact became increasingly uncomfortable over time.
The account also describes the professional discussing a divorce or separation and moving out of a shared home. A person’s relationship status is not misconduct. That detail is included only because the source said those personal disclosures formed part of the context in which the communications developed.
