Officers Matthew Crisera and Steve Neily arrested a family for alleged trespass at their OWN home. Police responded when the owner went to retrieve belongings from her home and her husbands kids called law enforcement. The kids allegedly just moved in from out of state.
During the encounter, an 80-year-old man had his cane taken from him, arms and shoulders twisted as he cried out in pain. Criscera yells angrily at the man to walk when he could not.
Charges against the woman—initially accused of felony trespass—have since been dropped, raising serious questions about the arrest.
